  • Digital Strategy Manager

    MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is currently seeking a Digital Strategy Manager to develop and lead integrated digital media campaigns across a broad range of clients. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing including: SEM, shopping and display advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of strategic thinking, outside-the-box creativity, and technical proficiency in a variety of digital platforms, as well as across multiscreen environments.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Develop and manage online media campaigns across all digital marketing channels (SEM, shopping, display advertising etc.)
    • Present campaign recommendations, optimizations and updates to clients
    • Work with internal and external teams to ensure all online marketing efforts are effectively tracked and reportable
    • Provide insights and analysis on all KPIs and performance metrics
    • Work with client services teams to identify key opportunities with existing and prospective clients
    • Provide strategic POVs on how digital can bring the most value to an integrated campaign
    • Develop actionable insights from a wide variety of data sources and implement optimizations to improve client campaign performance
    • Maintain an active awareness on new trends and growth within the digital marketing landscape
    • Ongoing campaign management including:
      • Managing monthly budgets daily to ensure goal pacing
      • Recommending and implementing optimizations based on performance
      • Creating, implementing and scheduling ads, and monitoring performance
      • Maintaining and implementing conversion tracking and retargeting pixels
      • Compiling weekly/monthly reports with analysis and insights of campaign performance
      • Communicating with internal departments and clients as the specialist in paid search
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with digital marketing including display, retargeting, paid search and shopping
    • Experience and understanding of e-commerce clients
    • Experience with interactive media technology, analytics, tracking and third-party ad serving
    • Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics required; Google AdWords certification and experience with Bing Ads is a plus
    • Familiarity with SEO, social and email is a plus
    • Flexibility to evolve to new processes
    • Excellent client presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practices as well as a familiarity with offline media concepts
    • Strong math and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a detail-oriented proofreader and quality assurance professional to join its growing staff. We're looking for someone with relevant agency, publishing, in-house or freelance experience who is a master of AP Style to help oversee the accuracy and flow of all agency creative, digital and public relations campaigns.

    Ideal candidates will have a portfolio demonstrating editing skills across a range of media, be able to thrive in a fast-paced but fun working environment and work well as part of a large multidisciplinary team. Selected candidates will complete a 45-minute timed AP Style proofreading test.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Proofread agency creative, digital, public relations and business development materials for accuracy and flow
    • Develop brand style guides in conjunction with account leads
    • Ensure brand accuracy and consistency across marketing channels (traditional media, social, digital, point-of-purchase, public relations, etc.)
    • Assist MGH’s social and digital departments with quality assurance processes for ads and budgets

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop a working knowledge of client’s goals, guidelines and strategies
